Download Kora Training from the App Store, sign in with Apple or Google, and complete the onboarding questionnaire. Kora will generate your first week of workouts on the spot.
On first run, Kora will ask for HealthKit and WorkoutKit permissions. Accept both. Structured swim / bike / run workouts for the next 7 days will appear in the Watch app under Scheduled Workouts.
Open the Athlete tab, tap your zones card, then Edit. You can enter your FTP (bike), LTHR / threshold pace (run), and CSS (swim). The plan recalculates immediately.
Yes. On the Test Week card, tap the X next to any sport you want to skip. Kora uses your existing threshold values for that sport and continues with the main plan.
Open Kora — auto-import runs on app foreground. Pull-to-refresh the Today tab if it does not sync immediately. If the workout still shows no metrics after 30 seconds, confirm HealthKit permissions are granted in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Kora Training.
Plan tab → Races → tap your race → change date. The taper and build phases rescale automatically.
Kora is free at launch. If paid tiers ship later, you will manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
In-app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Web: fill in the form at kora.training/account/delete. We action within 30 days.
