Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Kora Training ("Kora", "we"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Kora.

2. The service

Kora is a mobile application for triathlon training. It generates periodized plans and syncs structured workouts to Apple Watch. Availability, features, and the underlying algorithms may change over time.

3. Your account

You sign in via Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with Kora
• Scrape, mass-export, or resell Kora data
• Use Kora to harass, defraud, or violate the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data

5. Health and safety disclaimer

Kora is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The training plans it produces are general guidance, not individualized medical prescriptions. Consult a physician before starting or changing any training program, especially if you have a medical condition or are recovering from injury.

You assume all risk from physical training activities you undertake in connection with Kora.

6. Intellectual property

Kora, its name, logos, code, designs, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your training data and personal information — Kora is granted only the licenses described in our Privacy Policy for operating the service.

7. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account in the app or at kora.training/account/delete. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Kora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kora's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of US$50 or the amount you paid Kora in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
